Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply when you download or play Floaty Bun Bakery (the “Game”), published by Floaty Bun Studio (M.Y.) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Playing the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment. The Game, its art, music, characters, and code belong to their respective rights holders and are protected by copyright and other laws.

2. Virtual items

Coins, Star Sugar, bunnies, decorations, trophies, and other in-game items have no real-world money value. They cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for money, and they do not give you ownership of the underlying Game. We may change or rebalance them, including through updates to prices or rewards.

3. Your progress

Your progress is stored locally on your device. If you use Google Play Games, a supported cloud-save copy may also be stored in your Google account. Local progress may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data, change or reset your phone, or if something goes wrong. We may not be able to recover lost progress.

4. Optional ads

The Game is free to play and may offer optional rewarded ads provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. These ads are only shown when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward; they do not start automatically. Third-party ad services are responsible for their own content and linked websites. 5. Fair play

Please do not hack, cheat, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Game, interfere with its ads or services, or use it to break any law. We may stop supporting versions of the Game that have been modified.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or stop offering the Game or any part of it at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. Features and availability may change while the Game is in testing.

7. No warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot legally be limited.

9. Google Play

If you obtained the Game through Google Play, Google's applicable terms also apply. Google is not responsible for the Game or for providing support for it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated. If you continue to play after an update takes effect, you accept the updated terms where the law allows.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the country where you live.
