Privacy Policy

Floaty Bun Bakery (the “Game”) is published by Floaty Bun Studio (M.Y.) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information the Game uses and why.

1. Information stored on your device

Your progress, including coins, islands, bunnies, settings, and similar game data, is stored in a save file on your device. It is not sent to our own servers. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data can delete the local save; we cannot restore a local save that is lost. A cloud save created through Google Play Games, if you use that service, remains subject to your Google account settings.

2. Google Play Games

On Android, the Game can use Google Play Games Services. If you have a Play Games profile, you may be signed in automatically, but you can also play without using it. When you use the service, Google may process:

• your Play Games player ID and gamer name, to show your achievements;
• achievements you unlock; and
• a supported copy of your save file, stored in your Google account's Play Games / Google Drive app data, so you can continue on another device.

We do not receive your Google account password or general account details. You can manage or delete Play Games data in the Play Games app or your Google account settings. See Google's Privacy Policy ↗.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertising. A rewarded ad is started only when you choose to watch it for an in-game reward. To provide, measure, and protect its advertising service, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as:

• your device's advertising ID;
• your IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate location such as your country;
• device and app information, such as the device model, operating system, and app version; and
• ad interactions, such as ads shown or tapped, plus diagnostic data such as crashes and performance.

4. Your choices

• Ad consent: In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the Game requests consent before personalized ads are shown where required. You can change your choice in the Game's Settings.
• Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your phone's settings. The exact path depends on your Android version.
• Optional ads: You decide whether to watch a rewarded ad. Ads do not start automatically.
• Google Play Games: You can manage Play Games sign-in, achievements, and saved data through your Google account and device settings.

5. Children

Floaty Bun Bakery is designed to be family-friendly. Advertising settings may depend on the age information or audience settings provided through Google Play and the applicable consent requirements. Where ads are requested as child-directed, Google applies its child-directed advertising treatment, which limits personalized advertising and remarketing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own servers. If you believe personal information has been collected inappropriately, contact us and we will help you find the right route to address it.

6. Permissions and device features

The Game may use internet access (for ads and Google Play Games), vibration (for haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings), and notifications (local reminders such as when your bakery is full or a daily gift is ready). Reminders contain no ads and can be turned off in the Game's reminder settings or your phone settings. The Game does not use your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location.

7. This website

This website is a static information site. It does not provide user accounts or contact forms and is not configured with analytics or advertising trackers. The trailer and screenshots are served from this site. If you follow a link to an external service, such as Google Play, Google Groups, or Google's policy pages, that service's own privacy policy applies.

8. Data security and retention

We do not operate our own servers to store your game data. Local game data remains on your device until it is deleted or overwritten. Data handled by Google AdMob and Google Play Games is retained according to Google's applicable policies and settings.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of personal information. Because we do not hold game data on our own servers, requests concerning AdMob or Google Play Games data are generally handled through Google. Contact us and we will help point you to the relevant process. You may also complain to a data protection authority, such as Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection or the authority where you live.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be noted in the Game's update notes.

Note: Google services and app features may change over time. This page describes the current intended behaviour of the Game and should be reviewed whenever advertising, sign-in, save, or notification features change.
